How long does it take to frame a jersey?
We operate to a 7 working day turnaround from the time your jersey arrives at our workshop.
We will send you a confirmation email to let you know when this is.
If you are experiencing any unexplained delays, reach out to us and we can investigate this for you.
What material goes on the front of the frames?
We use a high quality 2mm acrylic so that your frame can be safely delivered to your door. This can be replaced with glass if you would prefer but you would need to come to our workshop to collect.
If you are interested in this option, shoot us an email (before/after?) placing your order.
What kinds of frame do you use?
We only use wooden moulding; you’ll find no cheap plastic alternatives here.
What size will my frame be?
We work to two sizes in most cases. The outside frame dimensions are 680mm x 955mm and 605mm x 780mm. The size of your frame will depend on your specific jersey.
If you require your frame to be a certain size, please let us know in the additional comments section.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes we do. Our gift vouchers last for X amount of time and can be redeemed in-store or online.
Send us an email and we’ll get a personalised gift voucher sent off to you.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes.
Not only is all of our packaging fully recyclable, but it is also made from recycled materials.
Why should I bother making an account?

Do you offer any discount codes? How about for multiple shirts?
We occasionally do promotions. Sign up to our mailing list to keep up to date with all our upcoming events and offers.

What payment options do you offer?
We offer stripe payment services, which includes PayPal, Credit/Debit and Apple Pay.
Can I pay on collection?
If you are local to the Glasgow area and prefer to pay cash this is something we can discuss.

How much does jersey framing cost?
The price for jersey framing ranges between £140 – £190 per frame, including delivery.
This price varies depending on any additions you may make to the frame, such as a plaque, photos, or frame care kit.
What happens if my framed jersey goes missing in the post?
All packages are insured through DHL up to £250.00 but you can add extra insurance onto your order at checkout.
The additional insurance will cover your packages up to £1000.00
How should I send my shirt?
Just pop it into a postage bag and send it to us after completing your online order. We ask this so that we can pair your jersey with your order details when it arrives in the shop.
For your peace of mind, we recommend sending it with recorded delivery. While we do not pay for postage of the unframed jersey, delivery of the final product is completely free.
If you are local to our workshop, you can also drop off your jersey in person.
Is shipping tracked?
Yes, you will receive a unique tracking code once your frame is out for delivery.
What if my frame is damaged on delivery?
Your happiness is our top priority, if you’re not 100% happy with your order for any reason, let us know & we’ll make it right.
